About Our Principal

BlueLine® Instruments was founded in 2015 by Julian Butler for the sole purpose of representing the Systronik GmbH Blueline instrument range in the UK & Ireland,

Julian is the ex Sales Director of Shawcity Limited who have been representing Systronik in the UK as part of their extensive product portfolio.


Julian was instrumental in introducing the current BlueLine®Range into the UK and is now taking full control of its continued growth and success via BlueLine® Instruments.

About Our Company

SYSTRONIK GmbH was established in September 1987 and have over 25 years experience of manufacturing analytical instruments. The current BlueLine® Range is the culmination of these years of experience 


In 1996 the AFRISO-EURO-INDEX group invested in SYSTRONIK and now have 100% ownership of the company.

As an aside I have been asked a few times recently why the BlueLine® Twitter handle is J8FGA. The reason is simple - its my car registration number - its supposed to loosely stand for JB ( that's me) FGA (Flue Gas Analysers). I know its a bit crass but its all advertising !.

SYSTRONIK GmbH are an ISO9001:2008 approved manufacturing facility.The current BlueLine® range are all independently tested by TUV and comply with all European ( and so UK) Standards currently in place.
